admission into St Finbarr's College, Akoka where he excelled in his O' levels with the best result: Grade One with Distinction. With a high score in JAMB, he was admitted into University of Lagos in October 1980. adeWale graduated in 1985 with a First Class in Civil Engineering from the University of Lagos.
As a University Scholar, he made a distinction at MSc level in Hydraulics & Hydrology from the same university. He began his work career with a firm of chartered accountants, Ernst & Whinney (which later became Ernst & Young), Lagos , in February 1988. After a stint of six months, he was transferred to the London office where he qualified as a chartered accountant in 1991. He worked in a few leading retail companies in England and a very brief stint with the then Arthur Andersen Lagos.
He left commerce to pastor a branch of Kingsway International Christian Centre (KICC) London for about 2 years before he pioneered the church in Nigeria. He stepped out in 2003 to pioneer a church called The Strong Nation. He was released from his most recent pastorate in January 2006 to devote his time and energy to his calling as a prophet and teacher.
This he does through Life Class ® – a faith-based, public arena teaching initiative that aims to impart the knowledge of God to build the person. It seeks to affect unconscious underlying patterns in thought, behaviour and social interaction. This it does in a non-threatening, engaging and stimulating atmosphere.
A core component of his mandate at Life Class ® consists in helping folks become financially literate and proficient with the tools that make for economic empowerment.
He is married to Nwando and they have a daughter Toluwalase and a son Makoyale. |
